Product Manager Statement of Needs
The Product Manager is responsible for bridging the gap between ITS customers and technical teams to identify needs, prioritize pain points, and guide the development of IT product roadmaps. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership to manage operational projects and product enhancements across various domains including infrastructure, ERP systems, and identity management.
Key Needs:
- Deep understanding of customer requirements and pain points through research and analysis.
- Ability to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency in infrastructure, ERP systems (e.g., Banner, Salesforce, Workday), and identity/authentication solutions.
- Strong collaboration with design, engineering, marketing, and PR teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Background in software development or web technologies is preferred.
