Requirement 1: Workday Integration Lead

We're seeking a Workday Integration Lead with deep Higher Education experience to own the design, build, and delivery of integrations across a complex campus ecosystem. This role is critical. Universities don't run on one system, and you'll be the person making sure Workday talks cleanly and securely to everything else.

You'll partner closely with functional teams, vendors, and central IT to keep data flowing accurately and on time.

The Workday Development Lead is responsible for turning requirements into reality. This role focuses on configuration, business process design, and ongoing optimization to ensure Workday supports how the institution actually operates.

You'll work closely with functional teams to balance standard Workday design with the realities of Higher Ed.

Requirement:3 Workday Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Workday Project Manager who is well-versed in the intricacies of Higher Education. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP transformations on campus, academic calendars, shared governance, and the nuances of moving HR, Finance, or Student systems without disrupting faculty, staff, or students. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, including planning, execution, communication, and results.
