Position- Technical Lead for Genetic Security Center Deployments

Job Description:
- The role involves serving as the technical lead for deployments and upgrades of access control solutions at AbbVie locations, which includes documenting and understanding technical requirements, partnering with infrastructure and network groups, building and updating documentation, supporting system integrators, managing software and hardware installations, and creation of deliverables for gate review meetings.
- The person will also be responsible for continuing to improve our toolkit and templates for site-based deployments. These are mission-critical systems that require thoughtful care and attention, to ensure that all AbbVie colleagues are safe and secure while on site
Years of experience/education and/or certifications required:
- Genetec certification (current)
- Experience deploying access control and surveillance systems
- Experience with infrastructure and software maintenance and troubleshooting
- Experience with network communications protocols
- 5-10 years of work experience
