Job Details

The organization is seeking a Workday Integrations Specialist to support, enhance, and optimize integrations across HR, and operational systems. This individual will serve as the key liaison between technical teams, functional stakeholders, and external vendors ensuring seamless data flow, system reliability, and continuous improvement within the Workday ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Support and enhance existing Workday HCM integrations, ensuring accuracy, stability, and scalability across interconnected systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration needs, gather requirements, and define technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between Workday and other enterprise systems in partnership with internal IT and vendor teams.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of data mappings, integration logic, technical specifications, and user stories to ensure transparency and continuity.
  • Help facilitate relationships with integration partners or vendors, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to service standards.
  • Act as a bridge between technical developers and functional HR users to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions.

Experience

  • Proven experience managing Workday HCM integrations (e.g., Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs).
  • Experience with Workday Studio
  • Strong understanding of HRIS and enterprise data systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
  • Familiar with Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
  • Demonstrated vendor management and collaboration experience.
  • Familiarity with labor management systems or Help Desk platform integrations.
  • Experience with light scripting or data transformation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to data integrity and process efficiency.
