How You Will Make An Impact:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze process requirements, enabling more efficient IT solutions.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and requirements that guide agile development teams.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure ongoing team alignment and delivery.
- Support developers during unit testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business partners.
- Analyze data sources and system outputs to inform solution design and drive process improvements.
- Gather feedback from end-users and support ongoing improvements to deployed systems.
Are You a Junior IT Business Analyst Rock Star?
- 3+ years of experience in IT solution implementation or support within a business analysis or similar role.
- Proven ability to gather, document, and refine requirements across technical and business teams.
- Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum development environment; actively participates in ceremonies and sprint cycles.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills-able to work with developers, stakeholders, and end-users effectively.
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing and translating user feedback into actionable updates.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar agile project management platforms is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
