Required Technical Skills
- Strong programming experience in Java and Python
- Angular framework & React knowledge for front-end components
- Understanding of mainframe system modernization concepts and strategies
- Ability to quickly learn and master our Gen-AI modernization accelerator tool
- Experience with code analysis and migration tools
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience developing technical solutions
- 10+ years in consulting or client-facing technical roles
- Proven track record in legacy (mainframe) modernization projects (highly desired)
- Experience in Capital markets and Wealth Management is a plus
