Job Title: Integration Lead Reltio MDM

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Integration Lead to drive the design and implementation of integration architecture for the Customer Master 2.0 (CMDM) program built on Reltio MDM.
This role involves leading end-to-end integration design across multiple enterprise systems - including Salesforce CRM, Oracle ERP, SAP, Snowflake Data Warehouse, and the Customer Portal - ensuring high-performance, secure, and real-time data exchange aligned with global data strategy.

The Integration Lead will work closely with the Solution Architect, MDM Developers, and Client Technical SMEs to establish scalable and efficient integration patterns and govern all data flows across upstream and downstream systems.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Design & Architecture

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of integrations between Reltio MDM and source/target systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Snowflake, Customer Portal).
• Define and maintain integration architecture blueprints, data flow diagrams, and interface specifications.
• Design and implement bi-directional data flows and synchronization processes across CRM, ERP, and DWH environments.
• Define ingress (data ingestion) and egress (data syndication) strategies, ensuring performance, traceability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to align integration designs with the overall MDM and data governance framework.

Technical Implementation

• Implement real-time APIs and batch integrations using Reltio APIs, ETL tools (Informatica IICS/Talend), and cloud-native services.
• Configure REST/SOAP services, message queues, and event-driven integrations for data propagation.
• Develop integration logic for address validation and enrichment using Loqate/Melissa within Reltio and Customer Portal flows.
• Ensure API-based SSO and authentication across connected systems (SAML/OAuth).
• Oversee data mappings, transformations, and canonical data models for Customer, Contact, and Address entities.

Data Quality, Governance & Monitoring

• Ensure integration processes adhere to data quality (DQ) and data governance standards defined by the Solution Architect.
• Implement error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms for reliable data transfer.
• Define and maintain monitoring dashboards and integration KPIs for proactive issue detection.
• Coordinate with the DQ and MDM teams to identify and remediate integration-related data discrepancies.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in data integration and enterprise system design.
• Strong experience in Reltio MDM integration, including API configuration, data ingestion, and syndication.
• Expertise in ETL/integration tools (Informatica IICS, Talend, MuleSoft, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, Postman, and API management platforms.
• Proficiency in data modeling and mapping across ERP, CRM, and MDM systems.
• Experience integrating Salesforce, SAP, Oracle ERP, Snowflake, and custom web portals.
• Working knowledge of address validation tools (Loqate, Melissa, SmartyStreets, etc.) and their integration mechanisms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) and DevOps deployment pipelines.
• Understanding of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and data streaming patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

• Reltio Integration or MDM Certification preferred.
• Prior experience with Salesforce Reltio ERP integrations in healthcare, life sciences, or manufacturing industries.
• Experience with API Gateway or Integration Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS) solutions.
• Exposure to AI-driven DQ frameworks (ZensAI or equivalent).
• Familiarity with React/Node-based portal backends for customer data creation workflows.
