Duration: 12+ months

OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Supply Chain Business Data Analyst to join a global supply chain operations team. This role focuses heavily on data validation, SQL and Excel-based analysis, and vendor component quote management. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, technically strong with data, and experienced working in supply chain or manufacturing environments.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Advanced SQL skills: ability to query, validate, and analyze large datasets.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, etc.
  • Experience working with Tableau or other BI tools.
  • Experience navigating large enterprise databases (preferably Snowflake).
  • Experience with ERP system implementations or upgrades, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
  • Familiarity with UAT and functional testing in system rollouts.
  • Strong understanding of Costed Bills of Materials (BOMs) and cost structures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to leadership.
  • Strong presentation skills; Keynote experience preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Validate vendor component quote data monthly to ensure competitive pricing across the business.
  • Cross-reference and compare vendor quotes with internal pricing records; identify discrepancies and resolve issues with vendors.
  • Publish validated pricing and cost records into internal systems (e.g., SAP) and compile reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Analyze, synthesize, and interpret large datasets using SQL and Excel to help drive decision-making.
  • Manage ad-hoc data aggregation and reporting requests related to inventory, costs, and BOMs.
  • Support UAT and functional testing related to a SAP S/4HANA implementation; assist in migrating and validating supply chain data.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives across the pricing validation workflow and implement those improvements cross-functionally.
  • Partner with global teams on supply chain cost strategy and vendor alignment.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Exposure to working with manufacturing vendors in Asia.

WHY JOIN?
  • Collaborate with a global technology leader in a high-impact supply chain analytics role.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams in procurement, finance, and manufacturing operations.
