Salesforce Data Cloud Developer

Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data pipelines and integrations using Salesforce Data Cloud One to enable real-time and batch data movement.
- Build and enhance Agentforce capabilities, including:
- Auto Summary generation
- Next Best Action (NBA) recommendations
- Lead the integration of NICE CXOne with Salesforce to enable omnichannel customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to define and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all integrations.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance across systems and interfaces.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a strong focus on Service Cloud and Agentforce.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and data ingestion/movement strategies.
- Experience with NICE CXOne or similar contact center platforms and their integration with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and OmniStudio tools.
- Strong understanding of customer engagement workflows, AI-driven recommendations, and real-time data processing.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, OmniStudio Developer).
- Experience with Einstein AI, Auto Summarization, or Next Best Action frameworks.
- Familiarity with API management, event-driven architectures, and data orchestration tools.
