Job Details

We are seeking a Project Forecast Administrator with strong financial management and project governance skills to support technology-related projects. This role requires the ability to analyze complex financial data, monitor performance, and communicate insights effectively to project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Manage and maintain project financials, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Partner with Technical Product Managers (TPMs) and Project Managers (PMs) to prepare budgets, forecasts, and track variances.
  • Financial Reporting: Deliver regular financial reports highlighting key metrics, variances, and trends to leadership.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide financial guidance to technical teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial and reporting processes through automation and best practices.
  • Project Governance: Maintain governance standards and ensure compliance with methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Resource Management: Assist with resource allocation and capacity planning.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews and audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • PMO Support: Manage templates, tools, and documentation for the Project Management Office.
  • Governance & Compliance: Support audits, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA) preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management tools and applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work on complex data sets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Planview and other project management tools.
