Job : Project Manager Project Lead
Location: Columbia, SC, USA
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and documenting business requirements.
Build comprehensive project plans and execute them effectively.
Identify, monitor, and manage project risks and issues.
Ensure all project deliverables and tasks are completed with high quality and within deadlines.
Prepare and present project status reports and strategic updates (both oral and written).
Collaborate with internal teams, management, vendors, and external organizations to support project objectives.
Compile and manage project documentation, portfolio plans, metrics, and reports.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Proficient in SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access.
Experienced in risk management, including identifying risk triggers and mitigating project risks.
Skilled in creating and maintaining key project management documents and artifacts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience in Medicaid or healthcare claims IT projects (preferred, not mandatory).
Capable of managing multiple high-profile, high-priority projects simultaneously.

Proven experience in healthcare insurance IT project environments.
Expertise in project planning, including effort estimation and resource allocation.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Medicaid or healthcare delivery systems.
Required Certification:
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
