Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced BI/Data Analyst to join their team in Cornelius, NC. In this role, the BI/Data Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining insightful dashboards and reports using Domo, conducting in-depth data analysis, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. Candidates must travel to Greater Charlotte 2 or 3 times a month.

Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Domo to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide business insights
* Optimize Domo dashboards for performance, usability, and data accuracy
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective Domo solutions
* Implement best practices for data visualization and dashboard design within the Domo environment
* Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across various business areas
* Prepare and present reports, presentations, and data visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
* Develop and maintain regular reporting processes to monitor business performance and track progress against goals
* Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources, including our Snowflake data warehouse
* Optimize SQL queries for performance and efficiency
* Develop and maintain data models within Snowflake to support reporting and analysis needs
* Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing procedures
* Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability
* Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures
* Maintain documentation of data sources, data models, and reporting processes

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - or equivalent experience
* Proven experience as a Data or Business Intelligence Manager or Architect or similar role, with expertise in managing data platforms such as Snowflake
* Strong proficiency in data visualization tools like Domo with experience in creating dashboards and reports
* Experience in designing and implementing data warehouses, data lakes, and ETL processes
* Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages for data manipulation and automation
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into data solutions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
