Design, document, implement, tune, enhance and debug complex technology solutions. Provide system design, business process analysis and design Design, document, optimize, and support complex organizational workflows, communications, and operational initiatives. Provide systemic analysis, business process design, and strategic support for developing solutions that enhance executive effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration. Develop or refine procedures to solve complex operational challenges by considering leadership needs, enterprise processes, system dynamics, and industry best practices. Perform high-level organizational analysis and synthesize findings into executive-ready insights. Perform as a strategic enabler, leading initiatives that integrate business process improvement with enterprise-level operational strategy. This is a systems-focused role supporting leadership effectiveness and strategic operations.

- Develop and articulate comprehensive operational frameworks and recommendations to all levels of management and obtain approval for proposed initiatives.
- Provide direction to teams on gathering, formulating, defining, and designing efficient solutions to complex operational and process challenges.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership by delivering actionable insights, operational assessments, and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Analyze complex requirements, design scalable workflows, communication plans, and operational processes aligned with enterprise goals of agility, security, resilience, and efficiency.
- Ensure user-centric and stakeholder experience considerations are integrated into operational designs.
- Provide leadership teams with structured problem-solving assistance, surfacing operational risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
- Provide comprehensive support to executive leadership, including preparing reports, presentations, and facilitating meetings.
- Utilize a risk-based approach to evaluate and recommend initiatives that minimize business disruption and promote resilience.
- Develop, document, and refine operational models, governance processes, escalation procedures, and workflow standards.
- Analyze organizational health metrics and process performance to proactively identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and visualizations to convey the status of strategic initiatives and operational performance.
- Lead operational reviews and retrospectives for enterprise initiatives, synthesizing findings into actionable improvement plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional project execution for initiatives of moderate to high complexity, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Expand or modify workflows and processes to improve business agility, continuity, and impact.
- Assess the effectiveness of third-party or internal toolsets and workflows to recommend enhancements for strategic operations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of business operations, enterprise systems, and organizational dynamics to deliver strategic operational analysis.
- Architect operational and communication solutions to complex organizational problems.
- Research and analyze industry trends and emerging best practices to inform operational strategy and organizational design improvements.
- Produce cost/benefit analyses for operational initiatives to support leadership decision-making and prioritization.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training
- Ten years of experience and high proficiency with the following information technologies:
- Information security best practices
- IT performance/scalability principles
- Relational database technologies
- Principles of a service oriented architecture
- Mainframe, distributed, Web, and/or networking technologies
- Design tools and techniques
- Application development methodologies
- Technology testing and change implementation best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaborative and consultative skills
- Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
- Ability to lead, direct and train teams of Developers and Systems Analysts
Preferred Requirements
- Fifteen years' experience supporting strategic operations, program management, or organizational leadership initiatives.
- Proficiency with enterprise collaboration and reporting platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365 Suite, Power BI, ServiceNow, Jira).
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Lean, Agile, ITIL, or Six Sigma.
