Job Description: Donato Technologies Inc. is seeking experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiters to join our dynamic team at our Hyderabad and Vizag offices. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing IT professionals on our bench, ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates for upcoming projects and client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients to understand their needs and requirements.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts and agreements with candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client databases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and placement processes.
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
