Our client is a well-established construction firm located in Redlands, CA and for almost 15 years now, they have been growing their name as a leader in the furnishing and installation of commercial doors, frames and hardware throughout Southern California. Their services include procurement, design build, modernizations and new construction. Most of their work is done in Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, Coachella Valley and the Inland Empire. This boutique firm prides themselves on delivering excellence to their growing roster of clients and they have been grooming their reputation as the best door crew in the business.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

Prepare submittal packages
Prepare PCO's
Assist Project Manager with material ordering
Utilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration among team members
Ensure Compliance with all contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure project milestones are met

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
Door, Hardware and or Aluminum Storefront and Glazing experience
Proficiency in Bluebeam software
Strong understanding of construction contracts
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
