Roles and Responsibility Collaboration Lead

• Ensure smooth and efficient operations of services by continuously reviewing related processes and procedures
• Ensure reliability and resiliency of services by way of managing, maintaining and optimizing the environment
• Data analysis and reporting on application & license usage for optimization opportunities
• Identify and implement recommendations for continuous service improvement, performance improvement and quality of services
• Assess the environment for service risk and issues and plan to mitigate the same
• environment assessment for identification and implementation of applicable new features and enhancements. Also, assess the needs for retiring of an existing less reliable/ deprecated/ out of support feature
• Make Strategic recommendations to adopt new features/ products from vendors such as Microsoft
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent ability to document process, procedures, and technical details
• Excellent background in Digital Workplace technologies
• Architect level technical skills so to train and upskill existing HCL staff, improve operations, and enable higher service administration
