Job Title: Contract Field Service Technician

Location: Railegh, North Carolina

Key Responsibilities:

- PLC Programming: - Develop, test, and implement PLC programs for various automation systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC hardware and software. - Collaborate with clients to understand their automation needs and provide customized solutions.

- Robot Programming: - Program and configure industrial robots for various applications. - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of robotic systems. - Train clients on the operation and maintenance of robotic equipment.

- Mechanical Installation & Maintenance: - Install, maintain, and repair mechanical components of automated systems. - Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance. - Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in a timely manner.

- Electrical Installation & Maintenance: - Install, maintain, and repair electrical components of automated systems. - Perform electrical troubleshooting and ensure compliance with safety standards. - Assist in the design and implementation of electrical control systems.

- Client Interaction and Management: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during installation and maintenance projects. - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction. - Document and report on service activities, including issues resolved and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in PLC Programming and Robot Programming.- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical installation and maintenance.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Willingness to travel within Costa Rica as required.

Develop and modify Yaskawa robot programs based on project specs.

Diagnose and troubleshoot robotic issues.

Collaborate with engineering and production for system integration.

Perform system testing and validation.

Provide technical support and training to team members.
