Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior QA Lead who is passionate about quality and performance at scale—someone who blends strategic thinking, hands-on technical expertise, and leadership to ensure excellence across complex enterprise implementations.

As a Senior QA Lead, you will drive end-to-end quality assurance across high-impact, enterprise-grade platform implementations. You'll lead efforts across functional, automation, and non-functional testing, partnering with business and engineering teams to define strategy, build robust frameworks, and implement continuous testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead QA delivery across multi-workstream programs in fast-paced agile environments.
Define comprehensive test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, and non-functional testing.
Build and scale automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.
Champion AI-powered testing practices (self-healing automation, predictive quality analytics).
Drive PoCs and adopt next-gen testing tools that align with Saarthee’s quality vision.
Design and implement test automation integrated with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
Manage client relationships, present QA strategy and progress, and act as the primary QA stakeholder.
Lead performance, security, and accessibility testing efforts with enterprise-level standards.
Establish quality KPIs, governance models, and enforce quality gates across releases.
Collaborate with architects and developers to align test coverage with component design.
Build and maintain test datasets (including anonymized data) for functional and migration testing.
Ensure automated test packs support rapid, reliable releases through CI/CD.
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers and test automation developers.

Required Skills & Experience

Automation Leadership

Proven experience designing and leading scalable test automation frameworks.
Hands-on expertise with tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress.
Strong CI/CD integration experience (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

API & Integration Testing

Deep experience with Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
Skilled in testing complex data flows and third-party integrations.

Cloud & DevOps Proficiency

Experience with Azure/AWS-based test environments.
Understanding of infrastructure-as-code, environment validation, and dynamic test setups.

Data-Driven Testing

Advanced SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) for data validation and migration testing.

AI & Modern QA Practices

Exposure to AI-powered testing platforms, self-healing test automation, and intelligent test design.

Preferred Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software QA and test automation, with at least 3+ years in a lead role.
Proven experience managing QA delivery for large-scale enterprise programs.
Background in regulated or complex domains such as BFSI, Healthcare, or Telecom is a plus.
Certifications like ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, Certified Agile Tester, or AWS/Azure QA-related certs are a bonus.
