Job Details

  • Resolve complex infrastructure and application integration issues
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in one or more IT infrastructure technologies, including SCCM, Active Directory, Exchange (O365), and SolarWinds
  • Perform highly complex analysis and technical evaluation of the existing and future IS Infrastructure
  • Perform standard patching process for the corporate Server and Workstation environment utilizing SCCM and related technologies
  • Organized and able to plan and execute on tasks while providing status updates
  • Demonstrate expert-level knowledge on IS projects which involve a wide range of issues including architecture, electronic data traffic, network security, platform and data security
  • Review and contribute to the improvement and standardization of infrastructure and security administration process across all business units
  • Assist in the development and implementation of infrastructure security policies and procedures through coordination with senior management
  • Track and monitor system or network security incidents
  • Enforce security policies and procedures through internal controlled self-assessments.
  • Manage Axos Bank Vulnerability
  • Management system Provide level 1 and 2 security support for all incident and problem tickets

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a technical or computer-related field of study or equivalent related experience or higher
  • 10+ years' experience with SCCM, Microsoft Windows Update, Windows Patching or similar technologies
  • Active Directory and Exchange Architecture best practices
  • Certifications for AD / Azure
  • Back up and monitoring administration.
  • Strong understanding of manual and/or automated security configuration reviews of network devices, servers, and workstations based on secure configuration checklists such as CIS, NSA, DSA, SANS, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Server Monitoring processes and support of monitoring tools
  • Committed to providing excellent end user technology support and customer service to staff, business partners, and vendors
  • 24x7 responsibility: ability and willingness to be on call, work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
