Note: For this role the candidate have to go onsite for In Person/Face To Face interview and the client will not pay any expenses for that.
Job Role: Agile Project Manager/IT Project Manager
Location: Palm Beach Florida (In Person Interview & Onsite Work)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of workflows and templates for executive-level communication.
- Design and implement an Agile-aligned reporting framework for cybersecurity initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
- Define, streamline, and operationalize intake, prioritization, and escalation processes within the Cybersecurity PMO.
- Deliver executive dashboards, scorecards, and governance models to support decision-making and program visibility.
- Ensure consistent knowledge transfer and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Agile project leadership, ideally within cybersecurity or IT governance environments.
- Proven expertise in PMO structures, portfolio management, and executive reporting.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Power BI, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage executive-level stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with dashboarding tools, Agile metrics, and performance tracking.
