Title: Control Valve Assembler
Location: Pasadena TX 77507
Duration: 6 months plus extensions
Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday-Friday (Saturday & Sunday as needed)

Description:
Our ball valve assembly typically involves installing the valve body, ball, and stem, along with seals and actuators, to create a fully functional control valve. The process may also include attaching end connections (flanges or threads), install packing and gaskets, and connect to an actuator (pneumatic, hydraulic, or electric) for automated operation.
Connections: Metal tubing valves use various methods to connect to the tubing, such as threaded connections, compression fittings, or welded joints. Compression fittings are particularly common in instrumentation and are relatively easy to install without specialized tools

- Working with control valves and pressure pumps
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 6+ months related experience.
- MUST HAVE CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY experience including Becker ball valve assembly experience
- Hand tools, measurement tools
