Epic Medical Analyst Hicksville, NY (Onsite)

Direct Placement | $127K $150K per year | Full Benefits

Seeking a skilled Epic Medical Analyst to join our team in Hicksville, NY. In this role, you ll be responsible for configuring, optimizing and supporting Epic EHR modules to enhance clinical workflows and improve patient care.


What You ll Do:

  • Configure and maintain Epic systems troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Analyze workflows and drive improvements collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to develop Epic solutions that enhance efficiency.
  • Provide user training and support create training materials, offer hands-on support, and respond to user inquiries.
  • Document and report maintain documentation, create user guides, and utilize Epic reporting tools for decision-making and quality improvement.
  • Collaborate across teams partner with IT, clinical staff, and administrators to meet system requirements and deliver seamless implementations.
  • Test and ensure quality perform system testing, implement patches, and maintain system stability.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to drive accuracy and operational efficiency.


Who You Are:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare IT, Health Information Management, or related field (Master s preferred).
  • Epic Certification in relevant modules (EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient, or Clinical Documentation highly preferred).
  • 1+ year of Epic build and/or maintenance experience (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and knowledge of healthcare workflows.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
