Manufacturing Process Engineer

Senior Manufacturing/Industrial Process Engineer, you will optimize our manufacturing processes, driving operational efficiency, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. You will oversee the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing systems, ensuring quality standards, and providing technical guidance to the engineering team. This role requires a strong background in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, and project management.

• Years of experience 8 to 12 years. Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
• Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
• Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
• Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
• Works on short- and mid-term assignments that regularly require the application of independent judgment.
• Mentors less experienced members of the team.
• Participates in product design. Able to anticipate and avoid roadblocks before they occur.
