Job Title: Technical Program Manager (Media & Metadata)
Location: NYC

Overview:
Seeking a Technical Program Manager with deep experience in Agile and technical project management to lead key initiatives in media content processing and platform consolidation. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive Agile transformation while managing complex technical projects.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years in technical program/project management (software or IT infrastructure preferred)


• Proven Agile/Scrum expertise (Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience required)


• Strong technical background in media content processing, APIs, and CMS


• Familiarity with HTML, XML, JSON, and content supply chain tools


• Proficiency with project management tools and delivery in fast-paced environments


• Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile implementation and coaching for technical teams


• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for media platform consolidation initiatives


• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, media-focused solutions


• Guide teams through Agile ceremonies and cultural transitions

Preferred:

• Agile Coaching Certification (e.g., ICP-ACC)


• Experience in technical documentation and analyzing network performance

Education:

• Required: Bachelor's Degree


• Preferred: Advanced degree or certifications in Agile/Technical Management
