Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for a Workday HCM and Financial Applications Analyst II. This is a Direct Hire role that is Remote.
The Workday HCM and Financial Applications Analyst works closely with the Manager of Revenue Cycle and Financial Applications, other analysts, and departmental staff to build stable, secure, and integrated system solutions. This role is responsible for providing ongoing maintenance and support of Workday and related financial systems, while evaluating and deploying emerging technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
The analyst acts as a liaison between technical teams and key departments, supporting Workday integrations, reporting, and security, as well as Kronos Advanced Scheduling and various third-party vendor connections. This role requires flexibility to develop skills across additional software applications as needed to support enterprise financial and ERP systems.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Support and maintain Workday HCM and Financial applications, including integrations, reports, and security configuration.
- Develop and manage file extracts for third-party vendors, including SFTP file transfers and CompData submissions.
- Coordinate with user departments, vendor personnel, IT staff, and consultants to ensure systems operate smoothly and effectively.
- Identify and resolve system errors, implement upgrades and enhancements, and ensure completion of daily and periodic maintenance tasks.
- Participate in and may lead new application and upgrade projects.
- Provide input into strategic planning for financial and ERP applications.
- Document, test, communicate, and resolve identified problems following IT governance and change management processes.
- Stay current with application technologies and healthcare information systems trends.
What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in Information Systems supporting enterprise financial or ERP applications, preferably in a healthcare or complex organizational environment.
- Experience implementing, integrating, and supporting Workday HCM and Financial modules.
- Certifications in Workday are a plus.
- Excellent project management and vendor management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Knowledge of Kronos Advanced Scheduling is highly desirable.
Compensation and Employment
This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 95,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
