Position Title: Full-Stack Software EngineerPosition Description: We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and products that meet customer needs. This role involves participation in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture design, coding, quality assurance, and deployment. Candidates should be capable of developing both front-end and back-end components.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:- 3-4 years of professional experience building and maintaining production websites using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js
- Strong proficiency in writing unit tests and automated end-to-end tests
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or deep knowledge of CSS and design systems
- Comfortable working in Agile teams and paired programming environments
- Skilled in providing and receiving constructive feedback during code reviews
- Proactive in contributing to team discussions and meetings
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, and architects
Nice-to-Have Skills:- Familiarity with other web development frameworks and libraries
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, OpenShift, or other CaaS infrastructure
- Knowledge of Backend-for-Frontend patterns and REST APIs
- Experience working in monorepos (e.g., NX)
- Understanding of accessibility standards and Core Web Vitals (e.g., LCP, CLS)
- Awareness of cybersecurity and cryptography best practices
- Experience using generative AI and large language models to assist with coding
- Familiarity with Dynatrace or other observability/logging tools and site reliability engineering
