Microsoft Power BI Senior Technical Lead
Job Summary
This position entails leading technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Power BI solutions and utilizing SQL databases. The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, ensuring technical excellence, and driving innovation in data visualization using Microsoft Power BI
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical teams to deliver high-quality Microsoft Power BI solutions within specified timelines.
- Develop and implement Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Power BI projects.
- Optimize SQL databases and queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on Power BI best practices and SQL optimization techniques.
- Troubleshoot and debug Power BI solutions and SQL databases as needed.
- Stay updated on latest trends in Power BI and SQL to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Skill Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Strong expertise in SQL for database design, optimization, and querying.
- Experience in leading technical teams and managing project deliveries.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present technical solutions effectively.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities efficiently.

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $ 85,000
Pay Range Maximum: $ 176,000

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
