Description
Looking for an IMMEDIATE Consultant/Contractor to help with our client's project in migrating Dynamics 365 to Power Platform/Power Platform with a must have skill in Kingswaysoft advanced skills.
We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Migration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in migrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to Power Apps Dataverse and SharePoint, leveraging strong expertise in KingswaySoft and SQL. This role requires a deep understanding of data migration strategies, system integration, and ensuring seamless transitions while maintaining data integrity and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Migration Planning and Execution: Design and implement migration strategies to transition data and processes from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to Power Apps Dataverse and SharePoint environments.
Data Integration: Utilize KingswaySoft to facilitate efficient and accurate data migration, transformation, and integration between D365, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
SQL Expertise: Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
System Configuration: Configure and customize Power Apps Dataverse and SharePoint to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Data Integrity and Validation: Perform data mapping, cleansing, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency during migrations.
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, identify challenges, and deliver tailored solutions.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of migrated data and systems to ensure functionality, performance, and security standards are met.
Documentation and Training: Create detailed documentation of migration processes, configurations, and best practices. Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues during migration, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 migration projects, with a focus on transitioning to Power Apps Dataverse and SharePoint.
KingswaySoft Proficiency: Extensive hands-on experience using KingswaySoft for data integration, migration, and ETL processes in Dynamics 365 environments.
SQL Expertise: Advanced proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers for data migration and reporting.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, Power Apps Dataverse, and SharePoint Online.
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and integration with Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Experience with data modeling, workflows, and business process automation in Dataverse and SharePoint.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications (preferred):
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Power Platform Functional Consultant.
KingswaySoft certifications or equivalent experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
