Position Summary/Job Description:
The Best Buy Ads Onsite advertising team builds ad formats that power our Retail Media Network connecting advertisers with Best Buy customers across digital and physical spaces. We focus on scalable media capabilities, operational efficiency, and impactful insights.
As part of this team, you ll shape the roadmap for onsite inventory expansion, supply optimization, and future state innovation. You ll dive into platform partnerships, identify gaps in our strategy and innovate towards efficient solutions, and manage robust onsite advertising programs and delivery.
Skills Overview: What are the top five skills and number of years of experience required to perform this job?
1 3 years of experience in product management, digital media, analytics, or related fields
Collaborate with enterprise cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and execute product features and enhancements aligned with Best Buy Ads business goals.
Own the discovery, strategy, planning and roadmap for onsite advertising innovation and optimization.
Design and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into product health, advertiser engagement, and operational KPIs, enabling data-driven decisions across product, sales, and support teams.
Drive high-value features that contribute to the long-term vision and roadmap
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze usage data to inform product decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?
Familiarity with RMNs, digital advertising workflows, or media measurement
Experience writing product requirements and working with JIRA, Confluence, and Slack
Exposure to cloud data tools (Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery)
Comfortable collaborating across technical and business teams
