5+ years of experience in benefits administration and analytics.
Strong understanding of U.S. benefits regulations.
Skilled in HRIS and benefits platforms; advanced Excel proficiency.
Clear communicator with the ability to simplify complex benefits topics.
Independent problem-solver with collaborative mindset.
Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) credential.
Experience with ServiceNow case/content management.
Background in high-tech or fast-paced industries.
