Hours: Part-Time
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of transportation industry training experience.
- 5+ years of courseware or curriculum development.
- Ability to type 40-60 words per minute.
- Proven track record of being effective as a remote contractor.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams or independently with little supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Bilingual Spanish and English a plus!
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Develop course material and activities for training sessions and company sponsored workshops that demonstrate the value and effectiveness of our technology trainers.
- Participate in development and publication of instructional videos, virtual webinars, and various other digital content that promotes the educational value of company Training products.
- Evaluate new training products to identify opportunities and design compelling activities that effectively facilitate the achievement of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) learning objectives.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather accurate and relevant content.
- Define learning objectives by establishing clear and measurable learning outcomes for activities.
- Ensure technical functionality by testing and troubleshooting courseware to ensure proper trainer operation and learning outcomes.
- Update courseware content to ensure course materials remain current and relevant.
