Developer III

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Developer III in Reston, VA.

Responsibilities:
Testing:
* Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for Salesforce applications and integrations
* Test APIs and external system integrations using tools like Postman or SOAP UI
* Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, cucumber reports
* Identify and report bugs, ensuring timely resolution

Development (Optional):
* Design and develop Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages
* Implement and test Salesforce integrations with external systems (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs)
* Customize Salesforce workflows, validation rules, and process automation
* Write efficient SOQL queries and optimize database interactions
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Gitlab
* Understanding of Salesforce metadata and deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, Salesforce DX)

Collaboration:
* Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications and integrations

Documentation:
* Create detailed test plans, test cases, and technical documentation for development and testing activities
* Document integration workflows and processes for future reference

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* Attention to detail and ability to document processes thoroughly

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
