Qualitest is hiring a Test Techno Functional Lead for a hybrid position in Seattle, Washington. This full-time role offers flexibility to work hybrid and the opportunity to collaborate with top industry professionals.
As a Techno-Functional Lead, you will oversee automation efforts, promote DevOps adoption, and advocate for shift-left testing in an agile environment. You will lead complex automation initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions in eCommerce or POS domains. This high-impact role will allow you to drive QE transformations and influence global change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion BDD frameworks, CI practices, and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Drive QE transformation and implement shift-left testing.
- Ensure client satisfaction and success in managed services.

- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Deep technical expertise and business acumen.
- Proven success in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Must Have:
- Order Management experience (IBM Sterling).
- eCommerce experience.
- Automation - Selenium + Java (Script Execution is enough).

- A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $90,000 - $105,000.
