Description

We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join our team in Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will focus on creating user-centered designs for digital platforms, including in-vehicle systems, mobile applications, and websites. This role requires a strong ability to balance user needs with business objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

Design and refine wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows to effectively communicate design concepts.

Collaborate with UX researchers to interpret user data and transform insights into actionable design solutions.

Conduct competitive analyses, experience audits, and ensure designs align with market trends and user expectations.

Develop and optimize information architecture and user flows to enhance usability.

Participate in and occasionally facilitate design critiques and stakeholder reviews.

Advocate for accessibility, usability, and interaction design best practices.

Work closely with product teams and developers to ensure alignment with product goals and high-quality design implementation.

Contribute to the evolution of the design system and support the development of UX strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
4-7 years of experience in UX design with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
Familiarity with Agile development processes and workflows.
Strong understanding of usability and accessibility principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders.
Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into impactful design solutions.
Experience balancing user needs with business objectives to create effective designs.
