Job Details

Job Summary

Coordinates the creation of user accounts, managing form authorizations, and other task required for the establishing appropriate job relevant access to company's IT resources. As critical is the deactivation or modification of user access for terminated or transferred workforce.

Demonstrates a basic understanding and adheres to departmental processes for change control. Maintains a level of cybersecurity knowledge sufficient to securely accomplish their job duties.

Responsibilities

1. Uses established procedures and working under general supervision perform assigned tasks
2. Utilizes detailed instructions to provide routine and project support.
3. Participate in procedure change reviews and development of new procedures.
4. Cross trains other team members on new or existing procedures.
5. Utilizes appropriate and timely communication skills within assigned team.
6. Provide varied and somewhat difficult system access support to customers either directly or via help desk tickets.
7. Demonstrates characteristics of originality and ingenuity.
8. On call as required.
9. Flexible hours when needed.
10. All other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Patient Group Knowledge (Only applies to positions with direct patient contact)

The employee must possess/obtain (by the end of the orientation period) and demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide developmentally appropriate assessment, treatment or care as defined by the department's identified patient ages. Specifically the employee must be able to demonstrate competency in: 1) ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of patient needs; 2) knowledge of growth and development; and 3) understanding of the range of treatment needed by the patients.

Competency Statement

Must demonstrate competency through an initial orientation and ongoing competency validation to independently perform tasks and additional duties as specified in the job description and the unit/department specific competency checklist.

1. Maintain and document all applicable required education.

5. Perform work in a cost effective manner.
6. Perform work in accordance with all departmental pay practices and scheduling policies, including but not limited to, overtime, various shift work, and on-call situations.
7. Perform work in alignment with the overall mission and strategic plan of the organization.
8. Follow organizational and departmental policies and procedures, as applicable.
9. Perform related duties as assigned.

Education
Associate's Degree (Required) Education: Identity management certification (e.g. CAMS) or Associate Degree. Equivalent experience may be substituted for Certification or Associate Degree. Experience: 2-5 years of related information technology or clinical technical support experience.
