Pay Range:$49.00-$70.00/Hrs
Description
* Support strategic and tactical operations of a CRM platform, including related processes and workflows.
* Collaborate with user community to improve and enhance the CRM platform.
* Drive greater adoption and improve internal customer experience through CRM best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect and implement business process requirements for CRM systems.
* Collaborate with various business groups and end users to identify and document business processes.
* Maintain and enhance visual layouts, workflow rules, and business logic.
* Integrate third-party products/applications on the platform.
* Coordinate and lead user acceptance tests to meet business requirements.
* Track key system metrics to monitor trends in usage and data integrity.
* Train end users and prepare necessary documentation.
* Perform system administrator functions for the CRM application.
Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
* Strong customer focus, with the ability to understand customer needs.
* 2-5 years of business analyst experience.
* Strong business acumen and knowledge of business processes and CRM best practices.
* 2 years of operational experience with CRM systems preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in business or information systems preferred.
