ATM Assistant Lab Manager

Major investment Bank is looking for ATM Assistant Lab Manager for a long term contract position in Charlotte, NC

Position : ATM Assistant Lab Manager

Location : Charlotte, NC

Duration : 12 -18 Months (Contract to Hire)

Pay Range : $60/hr - 70/hr

Must Haves:

  ATM hardware technician experience

  
  


• 
  

  Software distribution (SCCM)

  
  


• 
  

  Networking Skills

  
  


• 
  

  Experience interacting with large numbers of virtual machines (VCenter/VSphere/ESX)

  
  

Prepare Physical ATM hardware for test:

• Ensure all devices operative and in good working condition prior to test


• Configure physical devices to support different test scenarios


• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues (faults/jams)


• Diagnose networking / connectivity issues


• Coordinate complicated repairs with on-site technicians

Install and Configure Software:

• Install software to Physical ATMS using USB sticks and remote distribution tools (SCCM)


• Install software to Virtual Machines


• Initiate scripted software installs to virtual machines


• Review software installations for success/failure and remediate failures


• Install software to Physical ATMS using remote distribution tools (SCCM)
