We are seeking a Helpdesk Manager to lead centralized IT support for 13 state-operated healthcare facilities. This role oversees daily helpdesk operations, ensures SLA compliance, and leads a team of support staff and shift leads.

We are seeking a Helpdesk Manager to lead centralized IT support for 13 state-operated healthcare facilities. This role oversees daily helpdesk operations, ensures SLA compliance, and leads a team of support staff and shift leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage helpdesk team and operations (ServiceNow)
- Ensure 24/7 support coverage and escalate critical issues
- Develop SOPs and knowledge base content
- Analyze performance metrics for service improvement
- Collaborate on Epic EHR support and clinical system rollouts
- Communicate with leadership and vendor partners
Preferred: Experience with Epic EHR and healthcare IT systems.
