Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IAM Architect to drive the vision, innovation, standards, and systems architecture for Identity & Access Management (IAM). This role will define and maintain the IAM strategy and architectural roadmap, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant identity solutions across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strategy and architectural roadmap for IAM programs. Design, develop, and maintain IAM tools and technologies. Integrate IAM systems with existing applications and enterprise integrations. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate IAM solutions with systems. Provide design and development guidance to IT and Security teams. Lead and resolve issues related to IAM tools and technologies. Propose and implement improvements to IAM solutions. Work with GRC and IT teams to implement IAM re-certification processes. Monitor and maintain IAM systems for effectiveness and efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. 18+ years of experience in cybersecurity. 12+ years of experience in IAM development and architecture. Extensive experience in IAM architecture, strategy development, and implementation in a leadership role. Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, and Okta. Experience designing and deploying federated identities across multiple clouds or operating units. Ability to integrate business requirements into architectural designs. Proven experience influencing and collaborating across all organizational levels. Strong understanding of technical controls and InfoSec problem resolution. Experience ensuring compliance with information security policies, standards, and guidelines. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated ability to create long-term vision and roadmap for IAM programs. Strong leadership and change management skills. Ability to foster accountability and ownership in cross-functional teams. Education: Bachelors Degree
