Job Description:
  • Retail Supply Project Coordinator
  • A Retail Supply Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution and strategy of non-inventory supplies for Client Retail stores throughout the AMR region.
  • This candidate will join a passionate team of professionals who are driven to ensure the creation and implementation of supply chain processes and procedures that contribute to the Client Retail experience.
  • This individual will be able to work independently and as part of a larger, cross-functional team.
  • Also Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively interact and influence all levels within the organization.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Support the management of commercial and contractual relationships with Retail Supply product and service providers
  • Vendor management, including sourcing, logistics, pricing and participating in strategic business reviews
  • Execute established supply kitting processes for new store openings and remodels Product life cycle management from launch to end-of-life disposition
  • Analyze current processes and procedures to continually seek new efficiencies and cost savings Engage with retail store teams to coordinate operational requirements through direct and indirect forms of communication
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Skills and Requirements:
  • BA/BS required
  • 3 plus years of Supply Chain/Procurement/Project Management experience
  • A dynamic, intelligent and passionate individual with a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Able to develop peer relationships quickly.
  • A trusted partner that others enjoy working with
  • A self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to transition analysis into actionable projects
  • Proficient in Excel, Keynote, Pages and Numbers

  • Hybrid Work Schedule - working from CC05
Pay Range: $50hr - $52hr on w2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
