Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and driving implementation schedules for high impact projects
- Managing an efficient allocation of shared resources and coordinating with internal and external teams to support delivery of projects in parallel
- Leading the execution from start to finish of process automation solutions across several teams and functions
- Communicating upward and downward throughout the organization, raising key issues and options to resolve with stakeholders and executive teams
Key Qualifications:
- A Bachelor s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing project teams to deliver process improvement projects. Bachelor s degree in engineering preferred. Masters or MBA are considered a plus.
- 5+ years of experience with robotic process automation
- Experience implementing process automation using tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.
- Results oriented and attention to detail
- Ability to deliver highly complex and ambiguous large-scale initiatives under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management
Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months (with a possibility to extend)
Work Location: Cupertino, CA (100% on-site)
Pay Range: $ 89.00 - $ 104.00 (DOE)
