Pay Range: $44.90-$64.14/Hrs

Description
* Seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee the lifecycle of technology solutions.
* Responsible for delivering technology solutions with quality, on-time, and within budget.
* Requires strong change management experience.
* Involves coordination across multiple technology teams.
* Strong communication skills needed for collaboration with business and tech partners.
* Proficiency in data extraction and analysis is necessary.
* Previous experience with agile methodologies is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and facilitate routines to support technology solution delivery.
* Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across technology teams.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration to support deliverable completion.
* Gather and facilitate project updates for stakeholders and leadership.
* Ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements.
* Identify and escalate emerging risks/issues as needed.
* Support resource planning for delivery and execution.

Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience managing technology projects using SDLC methodologies.
* Strong organizational and planning skills.
* Strong leadership skills to lead project teams effectively.
* Ability to manage project budgets and financials.
* Risk management skills to identify and escalate potential risks.
* Experience in driving project standards and meeting audit requirements.
