About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients managing relationships, growing revenue, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Any automotive account management experience would be a plus!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at client communication, and enjoys creating value through data-driven insights and strategic account management. An automotive industry background is a strong advantage but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
  • Act as the main liaison for day-to-day customer needs, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and execute upselling strategies
  • Prepare and deliver data-driven presentations and reports using Excel and other tools
  • Monitor account performance, KPIs, and contract adherence
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, sales) to support customer success
  • Represent the company with professionalism in meetings and communications

What We re Looking For

  • Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working with Excel and customer-facing data presentations
  • Experience delivering presentations to both customers and internal teams
  • Demonstrated success in revenue growth and customer retention
  • Background in automotive, logistics, or transportation industries is a strong plus
