Pay Range:$40.16-$58.01/Hrs

Description:
* Drive successful delivery of key technology projects in the credit risk technology space.
* Capture and support the delivery of business requirements.
* Work with development teams to implement technology changes.
* Remediate risks and issues to ensure end-to-end delivery of key initiatives.
* Maintain organization and manage multiple projects and priorities.
* Facilitate effective communication both verbally and in writing.
* Motivate team members and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
* Capture and document business requirements.
* Collaborate with development teams for technology implementation.
* Identify and remediate project risks and issues.
* Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives.
* Organize and manage multiple projects and priorities.
* Facilitate effective verbal and written communication.
* Motivate and lead team members independently.

Qualifications:
* Strong background in business analysis.
* Previous experience in capital markets.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
* Strong facilitation and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and motivate team members.
* Working knowledge of all project phases and methods/tools.
