Description
We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Support specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Murray, Utah. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential IT assistance to both on-site and remote users, ensuring seamless technology operations. Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 technical support to resolve hardware and software issues for on-site and remote users.
Troubleshoot and perform break/fix services for end-user devices and systems.
Assist with deploying and managing Intune configurations to ensure efficient device management.
Offer support and guidance during the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
Maintain and update documentation related to IT processes and user support.
Collaborate with other IT team members to address escalated technical challenges.
Ensure timely response and resolution of help desk tickets.
Conduct basic training for users on new systems and software as needed.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance support capabilities.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Help Desk or IT support role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows operating systems.
Familiarity with Intune deployment and device management.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Ability to manage and support Windows 11 environments.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
