Job Description:

We are looking for experienced .NET Leads to join our team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft technologies. This is a full-time onsite role requiring leadership and hands-on development experience.

Required Skills:

  • ASP.NET & .NET Core Strong expertise in building web applications and APIs

  • MS SQL Server Advanced knowledge of database design, optimization, and T-SQL

  • PowerShell Scripting and automation capabilities

  • JavaScript Proficiency in client-side scripting for interactive applications

  • Team Leadership Experience in leading technical teams and mentoring developers

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of .NET-based solutions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements

  • Oversee code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell

  • Optimize application performance and database queries

  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code
