Position Summary
We're looking for a data-driven, customer-obsessed leader to join our team as Manager of Omnichannel Data Strategy, Insights & Reporting. In this role, you'll turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape our omnichannel customer experience. You'll collaborate across teams to align data strategies with business goals, helping us deliver seamless, personalized experiences across every touchpoint.

Responsibilities include:
  • Design and implement data strategies that power omnichannel insights and reporting.
  • Partner with business and data teams to define goals, build roadmaps, and deliver measurable results.
  • Analyze digital, outreach, and workflow data to evaluate initiatives and tell compelling stories.
  • Document data processes and enhance data structures to support scalable reporting.
  • Collaborate with strategy and product teams to support opportunity sizing and planning.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in analytics, business management, or healthcare tech.
  • Proficiency in SQL and platforms like Snowflake, Teradata, or Foundry.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to translate data into insights that drive decisions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in healthcare or retail pharmacy.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Skilled in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strong prioritization and project management abilities.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
