We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Oracle HCM technical and functional support.
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle HCM solutions, with a focus on reporting and Learning modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle HCM reporting tools.
- Configure and customize Oracle Learning modules to meet business needs.
- Provide end-user training and support for Oracle HCM applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Oracle HCM system.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM features and best practices.
