Job Details

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Sr Developer (Cloud) to support a Cloud Migration initiative in Columbia, SC.

What You ll Do

Design, develop, test, and implement complex enterprise and cloud-based applications
Lead analysis and solution design to resolve complex business and technical challenges
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to developers and analysts
Design and implement application integrations across enterprise systems
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards
Lead full SDLC activities including enhancements, integrations, deployments, and support
Evaluate system interdependencies and assess downstream impacts of application changes
Develop and enforce programming, development, and integration standards
Support performance monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and optimization
Contribute to cloud migration efforts including lift-and-shift and re-platforming initiatives

What You Need

Application development or systems experience
Advanced experience with enterprise and cloud-based application development
Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
Experience working in Agile environments
Ability to lead complex projects and influence technical direction
Strong problem-solving and architectural decision-making skills

Required Technologies

Full Stack Java / Java EE and JavaScript frameworks
AWS or Azure cloud platforms
AWS services including EC2, Lambda, RDS/Aurora, S3, VPC, IAM, DynamoDB, API Gateway
Container platforms (EKS/ECS)
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates)
CI/CD & DevSecOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline)
Monitoring & logging tools (CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Splunk, X-Ray)
Security & compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53, FedRAMP)
