RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Altamonte Springs, FL that is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Core Analyst.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PeopleSoft HCM Core Analyst to support a major HR systems transformation project, including the conversion from PeopleSoft to Workday. This role requires deep expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, strong analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience with data conversions, validation, and position management. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong command of SQL and Excel, capable of performing in-depth data analysis and comparisons across large employee populations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Write and optimize complex queries in PeopleSoft to extract and analyze HCM data
* Perform detailed data comparisons between PeopleSoft and Workday systems to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity
* Support data conversion activities, including mapping, transformation, and validation of employee data
* Analyze and validate full population datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness during migration
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand high-level conversion logic and its downstream impacts
* Lead efforts in position management analysis and validation
* Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate, analyze, and visualize large datasets
* Document findings, issues, and resolutions clearly and concisely for stakeholders
* Participate in workstream meetings and provide subject matter expertise on Core HCM data
REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM Core modules
* Proven ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries and PeopleSoft Query
* Strong background in data analytics and data validation
* Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.)
* Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft to Workday conversion projects
* Deep understanding of employee data mapping, conversion logic, and position management
* Ability to perform in-depth analysis of large employee datasets and run data comparisons
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
